Abiso sa Privacy

1. Sino kami
Ang Sagot sa Kalam ay isang Filipino recipe app na nasa paghahanda pa. Kami ang
personal information controller ng impormasyong ibibigay mo sa form na ito.
Makipag-ugnayan sa amin sa privacy@sagotsakalam.com.
2. Anong impormasyon ang kinokolekta namin
- Tungkol sa iyo: pangalang ilalagay sa credit, email, at kung ibibigay mo — pangalan at link ng YouTube channel, taga-saan ka, at iba pang social media.
- Ang ambag mo: recipe, sangkap, paraan ng pagluluto, link ng video, at larawan.
- Tala ng pahintulot: petsa at oras ng pagpayag mo, at kung aling bersyon ng abisong ito ang binasa mo.
- Teknikal: maaaring itala ng aming hosting provider ang IP address at uri ng browser para sa seguridad at pag-iwas sa spam.
Hindi kami humihingi ng sensitive personal information — gaya ng petsa ng kapanganakan, relihiyon, kalusugan, o ID number. Pakiusap, huwag itong isulat sa alinmang field.
3. Para saan namin ito gagamitin
- Suriin ang recipe mo at ilathala ito sa app, na may credit sa iyo.
- I-embed ang YouTube video mo sa pahina ng ulam.
- Makipag-ugnayan sa iyo tungkol sa ambag mo — kung may tanong, at kapag live na ito.
- Kung pumayag ka, i-feature ka sa social media ng Sagot sa Kalam.
- Protektahan ang form laban sa spam at pang-aabuso.
Hindi namin ibebenta ang impormasyon mo. Hindi rin namin ito gagamitin para mag-advertise ng ibang produkto nang walang hiwalay mong pahintulot.
4. Ano ang makikita ng publiko
Makikita: ang pangalang ibinigay mo para sa credit, ang pangalan at link ng YouTube channel mo, ang recipe, video at larawan, at ang rehiyon o probinsya ng ulam.
Hindi makikita kailanman: ang email mo, kung taga-saan ka, at ang iba mo pang social media.
5. Kanino ito naibabahagi
- Netlify, Inc. — nagho-host ng form at nag-iimbak ng mga ambag. Maaaring nasa labas ng Pilipinas ang kanilang mga server, gaya ng sa Estados Unidos.
- Zoho Corporation — ang email service na ginagamit namin (hello@ at privacy@sagotsakalam.com) para makipag-ugnayan sa iyo. Nasa Estados Unidos ang kanilang mga server.
- YouTube — kapag may nanood ng video mo sa app, ang YouTube ang nagpapatakbo ng player, ayon sa sarili nilang privacy policy.
- Mga gumagamit ng app — ang bahaging pampubliko lamang (tingnan ang #4).
Kahit nasa labas ng bansa ang ilan sa mga serbisyong ito, kami pa rin ang mananagot sa impormasyon mo sa ilalim ng batas.
6. Gaano katagal namin ito itatabi
- Kung nailathala ang recipe mo: habang nakalathala ito, para mapanatili ang credit at makontak ka namin.
- Kung hindi ito nagamit: buburahin namin ang impormasyon mo sa loob ng 6 na buwan mula nang ipadala mo.
- Maaari mong hilingin na burahin ito nang mas maaga, anumang oras.
7. Seguridad
Ang Sagot sa Kalam team lamang ang may access sa mga ambag. Gumagamit kami ng mga provider na may karaniwang proteksyon sa seguridad.
Walang sistemang ganap na ligtas; kung magkaroon ng data breach na makakaapekto sa iyo, aabisuhan ka namin at ang National Privacy Commission ayon sa batas.
8. Ang mga karapatan mo
Sa ilalim ng Data Privacy Act, may karapatan kang:
- Maabisuhan — malaman kung paano ginagamit ang impormasyon mo (ito ang abisong iyon).
- Makita — humingi ng kopya ng impormasyon mo na hawak namin.
- Tumutol — tanggihan ang anumang paggamit, kasama ang pag-feature sa social media.
- Ipaayos — itama ang maling impormasyon.
- Ipabura o ipahinto — ipatanggal ang impormasyon mo at ang recipe mo sa app.
- Makuha ang kopya sa digital na anyo (data portability).
- Mabayaran kung nagkaroon ka ng pinsala dahil sa maling paggamit ng impormasyon mo.
- Magreklamo sa National Privacy Commission.
9. Paano gamitin ang mga karapatang ito
Mag-email sa privacy@sagotsakalam.com. Sasagutin ka namin sa loob ng 15 araw.
Maaari mong bawiin ang pahintulot mo anumang oras — tatanggalin namin ang recipe mo sa app. Hindi nito maaapektuhan ang nagawa na bago mo ito binawi.
10. Edad
Para lamang ang form na ito sa mga 18 taong gulang pataas.
11. Pagbabago sa abisong ito
Kapag binago namin ang abisong ito, papalitan namin ang bersyon sa itaas. Ang bersyong binasa mo ang itatala kasama ng ambag mo.

1. Who we are
Sagot sa Kalam is a Filipino recipe app that is still in development. We are the
personal information controller for the information you give in this form.
Contact us at privacy@sagotsakalam.com.
2. What information we collect
- About you: the name to show in the credit, your email, and if you choose to give them — your YouTube channel name and link, where you're from, and other social media.
- Your contribution: the recipe, ingredients, cooking steps, video link, and photo.
- Consent record: the date and time you gave consent, and which version of this notice you read.
- Technical: our hosting provider may log your IP address and browser type for security and spam prevention.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information — such as your date of birth, religion, health, or ID numbers. Please don't write any of it in any field.
3. What we use it for
- To review your recipe and publish it in the app, credited to you.
- To embed your YouTube video on the dish's page.
- To contact you about your contribution — if we have questions, and when it goes live.
- If you agree, to feature you on Sagot sa Kalam's social media.
- To protect the form against spam and abuse.
We will never sell your information. We also won't use it to advertise other products without your separate consent.
4. What the public will see
Visible: the name you gave for the credit, your YouTube channel name and link, the recipe, video and photo, and the dish's region or province.
Never visible: your email, where you're from, and your other social media.
5. Who it is shared with
- Netlify, Inc. — hosts the form and stores submissions. Their servers may be outside the Philippines, such as in the United States.
- Zoho Corporation — the email service we use to contact you (hello@ and privacy@sagotsakalam.com). Its servers are in the United States.
- YouTube — when someone watches your video in the app, YouTube runs the player under its own privacy policy.
- App users — only the public part (see #4).
Even though some of these services are outside the country, we remain accountable for your information under the law.
6. How long we keep it
- If your recipe is published: for as long as it stays published, so we can keep your credit and reach you.
- If it isn't used: we delete your information within 6 months of your submission.
- You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time.
7. Security
Only the Sagot sa Kalam team can access submissions. We use providers with standard security protections.
No system is completely secure; if a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right:
- To be informed — to know how your information is used (this notice is that).
- To access — to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- To object — to refuse any use, including being featured on social media.
- To rectification — to have wrong information corrected.
- To erasure or blocking — to have your information and your recipe removed from the app.
- To data portability — to get a copy in a digital format.
- To damages if you are harmed by misuse of your information.
- To file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
9. How to use these rights
Email privacy@sagotsakalam.com. We will reply within 15 days.
You can withdraw your consent at any time — we will remove your recipe from the app. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
10. Age
This form is only for people 18 years old and above.
11. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the version above. The version you read is recorded with your submission.
